    We ship the products you ordered within 1-5 business days of placing the order.

    Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.     Delivery method
    Posti parcel machine €4.90 incl. VAT 24% (we charge again for an order that is not picked up).

    Once the product is ready, you will receive a tracking ID in your email, which you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery.

    Order confirmation
    After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. Check the order confirmation that the products you ordered are correct and that you have written the texts you want on the products. Contact our customer service (info@younameit.fi) without delay if you notice an error with your order or if you did not receive an order confirmation. We will clear up the situation as soon as possible. You will receive a new notification from us in your e-mail when your order is ready and proceeding to delivery.

    Complaints
    We really hope that you are satisfied with your purchase and that the quality of the products we sell meets our standards. However, please note that each product is customized by hand one at a time, which means that slight variations may occur. Laser engraving is sometimes characterized by a slight unevenness in the engraving mark, which is not visible in the simulated product images. Even in natural materials, such as wood, the degree of darkness of the engraving may vary. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately at info@younameit.fi. We will deal with the matter quickly.

    Transport damage
    Do not accept a damaged package at Posti. We will report the damage to the transport company and send you the new products. This is also the case if you notice the transport damage only after opening the package. Keep the package and contact our customer service immediately at info@younameit.fi.

    Right of return
    Please note that customized products do not have the normal 14-day right of return required by distance sales. The product is always customized according to your order, so unfortunately we are no longer able to resell it. For this reason, the products do not have the right of return.

    Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer does not have the right of cancellation provided for in § 14, if:

    Making orders
    In principle, we accept orders only through the online store, please contact us if you encounter problems placing the order. Orders for customers under the age of 18 must be placed by a guardian and with the guardian’s information.

    Text and image design of the products
    The customization will be as similar as possible to the product image. You Name It Oy reserves the right to make minor modifications. Please also take into account that the letters in the fonts are individual. The engravings in our product images are simulated, so please note that the genuine engraving is slightly dimmer than the product image. The materials may also cause slight variation, for example wood is a natural material, which is why there is typically a slight variation between products
